The Fault in Our Stars (Movie)

THE REASON I DIDN’T POST YESTERDAY IS THAT I WENT TO GO SEE THE FAULT IN OUR STARS.

It was a really good movie. Of course I cried. But I couldn’t help but feel a bit… sad. That, well, things changed. The opening monologue (that talks about the Peter Gabriel) wasn’t anywhere in the movie. The last words of the movie also changed from the book. And that made me sad.

But it was still a really good movie. Definitely a tear jerker. The acting was actually something I was thoroughly impressed by. My favorite character in the movie (as far as acting and stuff and just how well he did) was Isaac. Now, when reading the book, I though Isaac was black (don’t judge me, that’s just what I thought). But honestly, Nat Wolff did a fantastic job as Isaac, and I really felt a lot of the “feels” of Isaac. I also feel that Isaac is the closest to being a “normal” teenager in the movie, and so I might be biased.

Right now I’m just rambling. It was all really really well done.

So, here’s a video of stuff:

Today’s Daily Gratitude is for Brielle who put up with my crying through the watching of TFioS. And Also for my friends Andrew and Nick, and their parents, for just being amazing human beings. Thank you!

Peace…
