The Dilemma

So, I still seem to find myself struggling with the dilemma of the senior quote. I still like the one from Kurt Vonnegut, which says:

“If I should ever die, God forbid, let this be my epitaph:

But I’m still not completely sure. I feel that’s a pretty good fall-back though. Another quote I like is this one:

“I am going to take this bucket of water and pour it on the flames of hell, and then I am going to use this torch to burn down the gates of paradise so that people will not love God for want of heaven or fear of hell, but because He is God.”

– John Green

Although it might be a bit much? I think I only have 30 words. That quote is like 53, or something. This next quote is also in the running:

“There is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow man; true nobility is being superior to your former self.”
– Ernest Hemingway

My friend Collin (who has yet to be mentioned on this blog, and is a different Collin than other Collins mentioned, if there are any, is a really awesome guy, mostly because he said he’d help me with my Senior quote (he graduated last year.) That’s why my Daily Gratitude is for him. Because he’s awesome. But also because he’s helping me. especially because my deadline is Sunday.

Anyways, sleep is nice.
