Hey guys, this is the 300th post. I’d like to dedicate this to a few people, but a slot of people in spirit.
I’d like to dedicate this post to my parents, and my friends, and the people, both adults and… non-adults… who have all made a difference in my life, and inspired me to live life for everything it’s got. I want to dedicate this post to all of the people who have supported The Daily Jorge, of whom the list is all too long to name everyone. Of a few people, I’d really like to mention my friends Kate, Jack, Andrew, and Gustavo, as well as Mr. Dawkins, Maria Elena, and all of the people who read often. I’d also like to mention the people who have ever actually read a post, whether or not they know me. This also seems like an appropriate time to thank all the awesome people who have helped me with my writing along the years, including numerous English teachers, my brother, and the people who grade standardized testing.
But this is not so much about dedications. It’s almost been a year since I’ve started this blog. That’s crazy to me. It’s also been one crazy year. A lot has happened, and I have been deeply changed as a person. I’ve grown so much, but there’s still so much room to grow. I want to continue to grow, and learn, and experience new things. I want to make it to another 300 posts. I want to make it to 1000 posts. I want to make it to another year. I want to just make it. Regardless of what the goals are. But I still like benchmarks. They’re nice times of reflection on gratitude, and growth, and where I can better. So this is what that is. Thank you, for everything.
Oh, one last thing. I kind of want to make “The Daily Jorge” t-shirts. I feel like that would be really cool. Let me know if you’re interested. That might be fun,
